 My name is Vivienne Savill and I am a Naturopath and Registered Nurse and I run a natural health clinic in Australia where I help patients with a diverse range of symptoms. Correcting health and imbalances in the body is most effective long term when dietary and lifestyle interventions are used. For acute symptom management I routinely use natural herbal and nutritional medicines.Adhering to a specific diet can sometimes be challenging and difficult, hence a series of books was initially developed to assist my patients. Over the years the emphasis has changed to assist a wider audience of people who seek to help themselves. One of the common things that I am finding is that people are relying upon the internet to diagnose and treat themselves.
